Clarence Black has been in law enforcement for ten years and a Senior Deputy with the Richland County Sheriff's Department. This is his eighth year as a School Resource Officer. He is retired from the Military with twenty years experience. He has worked 12 years with youth in different programs such as Drug Court, and Diversion Programs, He also works in his church with different youth programs
